Our fast-growing company is in need of an experienced accounting/bookkeeper to keep records and reconcile accounts of all our clients. The qualified candidate will have strong quantitative and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in basic accounting functions and software programs. We're looking for a team player with a keen interest in building successful relationships with clients. Since our business environment is always changing, a willingness to learn and the ability to adapt are essential. Applicants interested in a long-term opportunity will receive priority over others.
Calculate and enter expenditures.
Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger.
Manage accounts receivable and payable on a daily basis
Reconcile department accounts monthly and prepare reports to present to management
Track tax payments and compile information for tax filing
Assist with other accounting projects in the office.
