Immediate opening for a full-time, energetic, front desk administrative assistant.
Administrative duties include but are not limited to: customer engagement; front desk sales; phone and email communication; data entry; paper and digital filing; report collating; light office and showroom cleaning; booking and scheduling of appointments; processing customer payments; cash handling & reconciling; resolving customer concerns in a courteous and professional manner, and further miscellaneous tasks assigned by management.
We are looking for a candidate with friendly, professional mannerisms and strong computer knowledge. Experience with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, etc.) are required. Punctuality, meticulous organizational, and excellent teamwork skills are a must.
