We are currently searching for an Assistant Store Manager at the Northgate Shopping Centre location. You will be responsible for creating an amazing customer service experience for our clients. You will assist in the hiring, training and professional development of all store employees, in collaboration with the Manager. You are passionate about travel and customer service? MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Work with the Store Manager to meet and exceed all goals and sales company operating;
Provide customer service and an exceptional shopping experience for Bentley’s customers;
Assist the Store Manager to hire, train, develop and manage the performance of the team members;
Apply procedures for opening and closing the store
Manage the stores activities in the absence of the manager;
Other related tasks
- Minimum 2 years of relevant retail experience;
- Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills and team management;
- Open availability
Ability to work in a stressful environment.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Comfortable with the use of ladders.
Ability to lift heavy boxes.
