As the Parts Advisor of Gold Fleet Subaru your mandate will be to:
Implement any processes and initiative necessary to ensure that our clientele consistently receive excellent customer service.
Be part of an excellent team of Parts, Service and Sales Professionals built on respect, accountability and a mutual desire to strive for excellence.
Represent the company with positive leadership.
Increase Sales and Gross Profit in the Parts Department, while fully supporting our Service and Sales Departments by offering Industry Leading Service internally and externally.
Interview customers personally to ask questions, gain insight for improvements and to ensure they know we value their business.
Ensure that Gold Fleet Subaru embraces all manufacturer programs (accessory programs, winter tires, etc) and ensure that appropriate claims are made for each of these for any available rebates, etc.
Manage the Wholesale Parts Sales in such a way, to ensure maximum Sales and Profits are achieved.
Keep a balanced Inventory, corresponding to the needs of our Service Department, New and Pre-Owned Sales Departments, Body Shop, Wholesale Accounts and the general public. This also includes ensuring that all Lost Sales are posted.
Ensure that the workplace is safe.
Understand the Manufacture’s Warranty Policies and ensure that they are adhered to.
Maintain effective communications with all Departments of the Dealership, endeavoring to promote harmony and team spirit always.
Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure our Parts Inventory matches the requirements of our Service Department.
Always maintain a Professional appearance.
Perform other duties, based on Management requirements and instructions.
