Location Parry Sound, Burk’s Falls
Shift: Days - Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Reports to: Operations
Serve customers by providing product and service information promptly while maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Process online orders and perform general office admin repsonsibilities. Obtain a knowledge of our products and policies.
Essential Job Functions
· Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries, electronically and over the phone.
· Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, warranty and returns.
· Provide professional and curtious support to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Keep organzied records of customer interactions, transactions and comments.
· Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
· Assist in online order processing.
· Answer product questions and general inquiries.
· Perform other related office duties as required.
Job Qualifications / Experience
· Previous customer service experience required.
· Excellent computers skills.
· Experience with MS office, Word, email platforms, general office skills.
· Friendly and positive attitude.
· Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to work well within a diversified team and fast-paced environment.
· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
· Technical background in motorstports an asset.
