Location Nipissing, North Bay
General office duties such as,
-Prepare correspondence, reports, statements.
-Draft Court documents.
-Respond to telephone, in person or electronic enquiries or forward to appropriate person.
-Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing.
-Sort and file documents according to established filing systems, locate and retrieve documents, and maintain records of filed and removed materials.
-Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files.
-Process incoming and outgoing mail.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Legal Office. Compensation to commensurate with experience.
Working knowledge in one or more of the following areas will be an asset: Family Law, Real Estate, Corporate, Wills and Estates.
