What is it?

The Financial Service Manager Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties, and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies. Also responsible for Training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.

What can I expect?
New Financial Service Manager who joins our team are fully trained on all of the processes and software they will be using. They start with learning about each department in the dealership to understand how they all work together and Manage the day to day operations of the parts department by training, motivating and monitoring employees, and will also go through product knowledge training (which will be ongoing) to ensure they are product experts. Our teams work together and learn from the best. There will be process guidelines about comprehensive management training. There will be financial training related to vehicle insurance and budget.
The teams work 5 shifts a week from Monday to Friday and there can be late shift as per the requirement.

What do I need?

The minimum schooling requirement is having your high school diploma and must have customer service experience.

Some of the things that will make you successful in this position are:
  • Having an Interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills
  • Must have Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills including listening and the ability to impact and influence others.
  • Ability to manage customer complaints and to solve difficult problems.
