Job Description:

We are seeking an individual for the role of Office Manager to join our property management team.

Individual should have outstanding analytical and research skills, background in Accounting with strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal, management, and leadership skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or abilities we are looking for:

-To be held responsible for working with the property owners to ensure a thorough understanding of its investment objectives and the development of acceptable property specific strategic plans of operation and capital budget
-Must be able to review activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
-Ensure that all departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures are established and implemented.
-Ability to develop strategic plans by studying technological and financial opportunities: presenting assumptions and recommending objectives
-Perform and manage with a hands on approach to all areas of assigned accounting tasks prepared individually or by the team, assignments may include any of the following: financial statement analysis, general ledger, account reconciliations, or budget reporting.
-Prepare final monthly property reviews with owners, reviewing escalating potential issues
-Work closely with suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services and staying within budgetary limits
-Manage assigned project oriented tasks, including improvement and development of relevant properties
-Provide staff with appropriate level of review, feedback and support regarding company policies and procedures

This position is available immediately Salary based on qualifications and experience.
