Position: Clinic Support Staff
Division: Ontario Addiction Treatment Centres

Status: Casual (Scheduled)
About the Position
The Support Staff is the first point of contact for clinic visitors. We are seeking candidates who are compassionate, caring and who are able to understand the challenges our patients and their families face. Working within a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, you have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task within a busy clinic environment.
As a member of the patient care team, you will perform day to day administrative tasks and will respond to patient inquiries on the phone or in person. You have completed high school and ideally you have some post-secondary education in medical and/or office administration. With at least two years’ experience in an office environment, you have excellent computer and organizational skills.
Salary: $14.86 per hour. Wage increase to $15.86 upon successful completion of a six (6) month probation period. This position is represented by U.F.C.W. Local 175.
